Job Summary: IT Manager is responsible for building and implementing IT systems that meet the set business requirements. The role starts with gathering the requirements, understanding the specifications, evaluating the systems that are in place, and working closely with BOD to deliver the right solution. The responsibility of the role is to manage every aspect of the IT system in the corporation, including:

Key Tasks:

  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Manage and enhance IT systems and applications such as POS, CRM, ERP, E-commerce, etc. to achieve business goals.
  • Design and lead projects for integrating systems or enhancing E-commerce applications to meet an organization’s requirements.
  • Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required.
  • Analyze business impacts in order to select appropriate technical solutions for business.
  • Regularly conduct risk assessments and propose a new solution to upgrade the system’s protection.
  • Up-to-date new technology trends to increase business performance and business innovation.
  • Identify and analyze new technologies including the cloud, E-commerce platform, microservice etc.
  • Manage IT staffs by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

  • Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
  • Serves as the main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
  • Responds/acts in the upper-management direction.
  • Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.

Work experience:

  • 05 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas.
  • Experience in E-commerce.
  • Engineering and software architecture design.
  • At least 05-07 years of experience in IT management positions, preferably in F&B, retail or FMCG business.


  • University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas.
