Key Tasks

  • Develop Job descriptions and liaison with Hiring Manager to quarterly update.
  • Build and improve recruitment channels & resources, candidate database, candidate Black List database, etc.
  • In charge of recruitment for RSC team (RSC supervisor and above level to Section Manager) included posting advertisements, screening, interviewing, and conducting reference check.
  • Supervise and support HR Recruitment Team can run smoothly and followed up HR Procedures always well done.
  • Monitor the recruitment process and make sure time line as recruitment policy.
  • Maintain a systematic inventory of potential candidates for future retrieval.
  • Maintain & develop e-hiring system.
  • Build up appropriate networks to source candidates for current or future openings.
  • Assist to plan, monitor and update annually recruitment budget, effectively employees’ referral check, refuse and close offers.
  • Maintain & develop yearly EB action plan.
  • Develop strategies such as Recruitment advertisement or Recruitment campaigns at job fair, university seminar, etc. to look for the right candidates.
  • Other duties are assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Recruiter role for Retail/ F&B or FMCG industry       
  • Strong in interpersonal and communication skill both in writing and verbal.
  • Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to manage time pressure.
  • Good at English.
  • University/ College degree
