Key Tasks:
OPS Recruitment (50%)
• Manage full cycle for Operation Recruitment for all positions of Restaurants.
• Compose internal and external recruitment posts.
• Build, improve and manage recruitment channels & resources, talent pool and candidate system.
• Arrange, appoint, and provide manpower for NSO plans and unexpected issues.
Employer Branding (30%)
• Be in charge of Employer Branding projects in term of Online & Offline channels (Website, Job Fair, Workshop, Career Day, Social Media, FaceBook Ads…) to enhance Recruitment efficiency for Stores and Office;
• Other duties are assigned by Line Manager.
Others (20%)
• Support HR Recruitment Team can run smoothly and followed up HR Procedures always well done.
• Monitor the recruitment process in the timeline and follow recruitment policy and company policy.
• Responsible for weekly/ monthly report analysis.
Key Requirements:
• Fresh graduated. Have knowledge of Mass Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition in F&B, Retail or Service organizations is preferred.
• Good at communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in teamwork.
• Willing to learn, being a good team member.
• Good at MS Office.
• English communication.
