QSR VN - TUYỂN DỤNG PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR - FULLTIME

Overall: 

  • In charge of purchasing project goods, including equipment, IT, furniture, POSM, gifts... and services related to this product segment, including maintenance, cleaning, repair…
  • Management of the Procurement- to support an effective and integrated supply chain.
  • Ensure consistent quality and efficiency of the flow of taking the PR from Planning, Import order, Custom clearance, Import shipment schedule to Warehouse to optimize the supply chain costs.
  • Ensure consistent quality and efficiency of the flow of taking the PR from the Operation Team, creating orders,s and following on delivery date, goods receipt, and payment to the supplier.
  • Following and signing the sale contract and rebate.
  • Following and getting the documents / Certificate fully to submit to QA for food safety if any

Key tasks:

  • Check order requests, verify and place orders, and purchase goods in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on the delivery timescale and orders to ensure the continuous supply for business operating.
  • Work closely with Custom Broker Agent/Forwarder of all perspectives of the import process to ensure the shipping schedule and continuous supply for the whole system.
  • Monitor and analyze import purchase prices and consult with relevant parties at all times to ensure Cost Optimization.
  • Get initiative in searching for new Freight Forwarder, update new Customs Regulation, and well manage the master database of Import items.
  • Update Good Receiving Schedule to Warehouse Team / Operation team.
  • Check Debit Notes and make payment to Forwarder/Customs Broker Agent / Supplier.
  • Supervise team to resign the sale contract after expires, checking price and rebate.
  • Supervise team to get the documents/certificate for safety foods to submit OPS team / QA / IA.
  • Superintend and develop employees in the Procurement team and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Other Adhoc tasks are assigned by the line manager.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in business, operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain management, F&B, and Retail sectors are referred.
  • Ethical and transparent in dealing with vendors & the company.
  • Ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, results-oriented, initiative-taking, honest, and integrity.
  • Strong organization and management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & English skills (written & verbal).
  • Good at numbers and Excel.
