Job Summary

Innovate and develop menu of products based on development trends of Company.

Key Tasks

  • Responsible for developing new products’ recipes for annually LTO’s projects.
  • Corporate with internal marketing team to organize testing session for new products or renovated products.
  • Develop guidance documents or standard operating procedure for new or renovated products.
  • Develop and review BOM for each product by periodically.
  • Cooperate with internal and regional marketing teams to investigate all new development relating to new trends, materials and food supplies
  • Observe market trends, conduct consumer testing, and either create or improve recipes, recommend to reduce cost and improve product’s quality.
  • Participate and communicate with other Dept on promotion ideas.
  • Cooperate with Ops team to support/resolve any concerns of recipes & product quality at store Support to investigate all new development relating to materials and supplies.
  • Cooperate with food supplier to develop new recipes for brand.
  • Participate and organize products replacement testing with SCM to the team.

Education: Degree or diploma holder in culinary field

Work experiences: 5+ years of working experience in hotel and F&B chain
