A. Job Summary:

  • Collaborate on a diverse range of projects and activities, including websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, brochures, billboards, menus, backdrops, banners, standees,  product packaging, exhibitions, and displays. Ability to design animations and edit videos.
  • Engage in discussions with clients, creative directors, or account managers to align on creative concepts and ideas.
  • Generate and execute innovative concepts for communication campaigns, emphasizing key visuals.
  • Maintain and update the Brand Guideline, ensuring that all media assets adhere closely to its specifications.
  • Participate in other creative projects as required by the company.

B. Key Tasks:

  • Receive the creative brief from the brand team and creative manager and to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
  • Advise the brand team on strategies to reach a particular audience.
  • Determine the message the design should portray.
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
  • Select colours, images, text style, and layout.
  • Present the design to the brand team and creative manager.
  • Incorporate changes recommended by the brand team into the final design.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  • Discipline in time management and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative in work, able to think independently and work effectively in groups.

C. Key Requirements:

1. Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:

  • High sense of creativity and responsibility.
  • Detail - attention & able to work under pressure.
  • Good in developing and editing clip, animation and photography is an advantage
  • Good graphic skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Blender basic,…)
  • Priority is given to candidates with love AI applications to increase work productivity ( ChatGPT)
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Knowledge time management and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

University/College graduate from Design/Marketing/Illustration faculty

3. Work experiences

3 years experiences about Designing or Graphic Designing.
