Key Tasks

  • Following on-going projects with current partners (Grab Food, Go Food, Baemin, Shopee, etc). Assisting brand-team and related departments understand arising issues to find the best solutions for each case;
  • Representing brand-teams to negotiate with current partners and new partners to create and implement barter deals, including multiple brands promotion campaigns or individual brand promotion;
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and partners. Meanwhile, widening partners base;
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition to develop and leverage partnerships with e-commerce and other platforms partners;
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer/partners‘ needs;
  • Tracking & reporting on successes and areas needing improvements of each campaign;
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams;
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally;
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts;
  • Directly report to Marketing Manager.

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience on relevant position or in Marketing field, F&B prefered;
  • Experienced working with Foody, Grab, GoJek, and other E-commerce platform… is an advantage;
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy;
  • Good communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate;
  • Conflict resolution;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Market knowledge;
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
