Key Tasks
- Following on-going projects with current partners (Grab Food, Go Food, Baemin, Shopee, etc). Assisting brand-team and related departments understand arising issues to find the best solutions for each case;
- Representing brand-teams to negotiate with current partners and new partners to create and implement barter deals, including multiple brands promotion campaigns or individual brand promotion;
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and partners. Meanwhile, widening partners base;
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition to develop and leverage partnerships with e-commerce and other platforms partners;
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer/partners‘ needs;
- Tracking & reporting on successes and areas needing improvements of each campaign;
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams;
- Following industry trends locally and internationally;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts;
- Directly report to Marketing Manager.
Key Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience on relevant position or in Marketing field, F&B prefered;
- Experienced working with Foody, Grab, GoJek, and other E-commerce platform… is an advantage;
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy;
- Good communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate;
- Conflict resolution;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
- Market knowledge;
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
